Help to insert 2 trash icons, Full and Empty

Good morning everyone, I inserted a trash can item that empties it when you press it.

(I used the icon of a toilet, 🤣🤣, it also plays the sound🤣😂🤣😂)

The problem is that the trash can has 2 icons, full and empty that change depending on whether the trash can is full or empty, I have no idea how to insert this icon functionality, I have the 2 icons.

The trash item is my work, I created (partly copied this too), this code and put it in a bat file.

powershell.exe -c (New-Object Media.SoundPlayer "C:\Windows\Media\Water.wav").PlaySync();

I converted the bat file to .exe to run it as administrator and not make the prompt window appear (because I don't know how to do otherwise). you have to search for the Water.wav audio file online though 😊😊.

The complete code to get the image seen above is this,

The code for suspending Windows is included in a link and it is this

the code to restart windows explorer is this and it is a vbs file

As you can see from my messy work I'm not a programmer, the external codes that I use, in my opinion......., indeed surely could be put directly in NS, but honestly I don't know how to do it. To my detriment I can tell you that everything works anyway.
