Describe the bug
I was trying to use $user->getAllPermissions() and I got an exception illegal offset type

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. inside roles collection admin_ids array delete one of the values or change to null

  • Laravel 5.7
  • laravel-permission-mongodb: ^1.10.1

Additional context
Would have been great if there was a better exception handling to this issue
