ISSUE: Delivering and delivered report the same tracking number(s)

Describe the bug
I have a package coming from USPS today that has not yet been delivered. The tracking number is listed under both the delivering and delivered sensor. I would expect this tracking number to be present only under the "Delivered" sensor if the package had been delviered.
