Summary

  • implement a versioned configuration schema with validation, layered source merging, and atomic writes
  • replace the setup CLI with a structured interactive/non-interactive workflow and review/diff output using shared console helpers
  • add focused tests for configuration precedence and setup command behaviour

Testing

  • pytest -q
