Removes all serverless testing.

What is changing?

• Removes all serverless related evergreen configuration and scripts.
• Removes all serverless specific filtering in our test tools.
• Removes all serverless logic from test configuration and runners.
• Removes all serverless related logic from the test suite.

Is there new documentation needed for these changes?

None

What is the motivation for this change?

NODE-6907
