Proposed changes seem to actually fail on Ruby 3.1. Call to YAML.safe_load(File.read(path), permitted_classes, [], true) fails with wrong number of arguments (given 4, expected 1) (ArgumentError)

Change YAML.load to YAML.safe_load as it is the default in Ruby 3.1+. This change only affects specs.
