LGTM.
Looks like the precision of time.Now() depends on the operating system, so it's possible this new UnixNano() call is no more precise that just Unix() if time.Now() doesn't count nanoseconds on your OS. On the Go playground, you can see no difference in precision, but on my Mac it's significantly more precise.
