I was asked by an Admin on Discord to post my issue on here. I am trying to self-host Modmail on a Windows Server 2019 machine but each time I run the pipenv install command I get the follow error message:

• My Python version is 3.7.9 with access to PATH and in C:\ drive.
• I ran the command in a command prompt with administrator privileges.

I tried reinstalling Python many times, Including downgrading to 3.7.8 but still got the same result. I also tried deleting my Pipfile.lock file but had another error so I abandoned doing that.

This is not a modmail issue, seems more like a pipenv issue. Seems like pypa/pipenv#4262 and pypa/pipenv#4220 are looking to fix this.
