[rollup-plugin-html/rollup-plugin-import-meta-assets] document minify recommendations

The HTML and import meta assets plugins have hooks to easily do minification. We should document recommended minifiers and how to use them.

If anyone knows any good recommendations, you could post them in this issue as well.

@LarsDenBakker One clarification though, is this minification that would happen after any transform? if I recall correctly, rollup recommends that you have an output plugin for those actions to get the benefits of treeshaking etc first.

Here's some recommendations:

For minifying CSS, csso is very good and well maintained

For minifying html, there is html-minifier-terser

Of course, the example given for SVGO is great for SVG. you could also turn that into a data uri using mini-svg-data-uri after running the SVGO transform

and of course, for JS there's terser & the google-closure-compiler

I have some clarifying questions in terms of documenting the usage. Lets first though tackle the issue of the way these hooks fit into the rollup build pipeline, that I'm a little unclear on in terms of the plumping. Do you only emit the asset or is it possible to also return, say, a string or an object, back to the pipeline?

Thanks! These hooks run for individual asset. But they're not bundled into the JS, so tree shaking does not apply here.
