Discussed at the Design Meeting 62 in Lund:

Ticket #11 requires a turbine model, which has to be implemented in Modelica_Fluid. The Stodola turbine model implemented by Ruediger Franke in PowerFluid may be used as starting point.

Changed type to "Task" and milstone to "*undecided*", in accordance with similar tickets, e.g. #326, #325, #324.

Require an application first, in order to not just provide a new component model, but a reasonable example as well. The MODRIO project might offer this opportunity.
