The example Spice3BenchmarkDifferentialPair shows numerical difficulties which are to be seen in connection to very small capacitance values. If the solver tolerance is chosen too small simulation fails.
This problem has to be analysed thoroughly taking into account the Spice models as well as the Spice simulation algorithm which handles such constellations.
