Client error for command SSE stream disconnected: TypeError: terminated

After deploying MCP service in Stream HTTP mode in cursor, the MCP log shows Client error for command SSE stream disconnected: TypeError: terminated after the current round of conversation ends. The functionality is not affected, but a red dot is displayed

Hi @Lutz2015, thanks for reporting this. Could you provide a simple reproductible case? (public endpoint, or instructions to load local server, etc). Also, have you tried reproducing this issue w/ the inspector (it uses the TS SDK too).
