Summary

Send gifs via a command

Motivation

The ability to type something along the lines of message "Matt" <gif:hackerman> or message "Tom" <gif:puppies> and have giphy send the first gif matching that keyword would be pretty wild

I'd like to attempt this. Giphy seems to have a pretty straightforward API.

Totally! I think the only way we can really do it though is to allow users to configure their own Giphy API keys (i.e. we can't manage it ourselves).

Check out my work on v1 - supports settings ✌️. I'd say branch off it as I'll look at merging it soon after a bit more testing
