when doing a pipenv check, there is an "invalid api key" error. Need to check how to fix.

Open github issue:
pypa/pipenv#4188

pipenv uses pyup.io services to check dependencies. It uses the same API key across all pipenv check users. It might be that the key is throttled or cancelled as everyone uses it.
