Follow-up to #22.

Tests currently fail in both Edge 13 and 15 (note: Mixmax-internal links) upon trying to set cookies. (There are a few other errors, but we might be able to work around those if cookies worked.)

It appears that there are several issues with cookies in the Edge webdriver implementation. Perhaps setting cookies will be fixed when the fix to that issue ships.
