Training flags resets after a shutdown or restart.

Describe the bug
I am doing caldera training using the training plugin. I do some tasks and their flags are marked done. However, upon any restart of the caldera Server or the system, all the flags are reset. And the fact that all flags are to be done in a sequence i have to start again from the very beginning.
I tried using the docker version but that has the same problem.

This is a valid bug. There are two layers to this issue:

1. UI selection state (which cert/badge was selected) — PR #183 addresses this by persisting selectedCert and selectedBadge to localStorage, so the user's place in the training flow is restored after a page reload or server restart.

2. Flag completion state (whether individual flags are checked off) — This is stored only in server-side RAM (ram['flags']) and is intentionally ephemeral in the current architecture. Persisting flag completion across server restarts would require writing flag state to disk (e.g. a JSON file or the Caldera object store), which is a more significant change.

PR #183 (#183) provides a partial fix for layer 1. A follow-up issue or PR would be needed to address layer 2 (persistent flag completion state).

This issue is stale because it has had no activity for 60 days. Remove the stale label or comment or this will be closed in 60 days
