Simulation of Constrained Musculoskeletal Systems in Task Space

Please use the new version of the API that works with the newest version of OpenSim New API.

Description

This project contains the source code for the work presented here [1]. The source code dependes on a specific verion of OpenSim and Simbody (see bellow).

Build

The following repositories must be cloned, checked at stable_1 tag and build accordingly. In the near feature we will provide support for OpenSim v4.0.0.

This repository has been tested under Windows (MSVS) and Linux (GCC, CLANG).

Examples

Please see the examples/ folder in src/ for details on how to use this framework. This folder contains the case studies presented in [1].

Notes

If you are interested in some particular features, e.g. the task space framework, you can easily separate it from the rest of the project and use it in your own. Each folder in src/ is a submodule. The CMakeLists.txt specifies the dependencies between the different modules. In cmake/ you can find some additional cmake functions.
