Login problem

I can not login from sketch, after I type my e-mail and password it takes a long time to load, freezes the program, and when it comes back shows the error message:

"Please check your internet connection and retry"

But it is not a problem with my internet connection, since I tried it in two different networks

@avicentec It’s most likely that the Sketch plugin is blocked by firewall software. Could you please check enable this software and try again. Please, let us know if this helps!

I am not sure that there is a firewall block, because the other 10 plugins are working
