GUI node (unlike CLI wallet) do not recreate all existing accounts after a wallet restore

To reproduce the problem, import an existing wallet with multiple accounts using both the CLI wallet and the GUI.
The CLI wallet will automatically create existing accounts, but the GUI node won't.
The GUI cannot refresh the UI when it finds a new account, but no other accounts are visible even after the wallet is restarted.
