New wheels for MacOS

Could you please update the MacOS wheels? The last one was released nearly 18 months ago, and it has Tensorflow 1.4 (!):

Sorry, I don't have macbook to build it. But I can give you Dockerfile used by build new wheels in ubuntu 18.04. Would you like to change it and build it yourself? Running it, and have a good night, all is OK!
