clean up old releases

I'm loving Mina,
but I didn't find how to clean up old releases and/or limit releases

There's a mina deploy:cleanup task for this.

Let's keep this issue open until we've updated the docs, and make sure that running mina help in a project with config/deploy.rb will show some info on this.

It looks like running mina tasks in a project with config/deploy.rb already shows info on this.
