i'm looking for a way to skip files by their size (eg: >100MB)
Please help me out!

Not possible at the moment (at least not in general), but most files downloaded by gallery-dl are rather small (<5MB). What specifically would you need this for?

IGTV videos. They're anywhere between 30 to 300MB

Maybe those can be filtered out with --filter?
