Instagram: multi-image post order

Is it currently possible to download a multi-photo post from Instagram that preserves the posting order of the photos? If it isn't would it be possible to add?

This wasn't previously possible (unless you sort your files by creation time)
6cc800a now adds an enumeration index for multi-photo posts.
Something like "{post_id}{num:?_//>02}.{extension}" as filename should work.
