I believe it could be done.
Especially if the resolution is in the code like:
"gallery-dl -res 1920*1080 https://www.ultraimagehub.com/s/xy"

+maybe add a limiter for max amount
"gallery-dl -res 1920*1080 -q(uantity) 100 https://www.ultraimagehub.com/s/xy" (downloads first 100 image searched in 1920x1080 resolution)
