[instagram] Support some Instagram URLs

Sometimes I get Urls like this

https://www.instagram.com/dm/p/CW042g7B9CY/
https://www.instagram.com/mst_tsu/reel/CW_CcNwFmPv/
https://www.instagram.com/khabib_nurmagomedov/p/CWWNzSlvy2t/
https://www.instagram.com/azeil._/tv/CWkL3d_oLrM/

But I get an error when trying to download using gallery-dl

[gallery-dl][error] No suitable extractor found for 'https://www.instagram.com/azeil._/tv/CWkL3d_oLrM/'

if I remove username from the URL it's working fine

I started receiving such urls when copying url from Instagram a few days ago - the old and such new urls from neighboring posts
