It seems some users tend to migrate to other twitter accounts without deleting previous ones, but deleting all tweets/tweets with media. The problem is that you wouldn't notice it when you batch download twitter links, it just shows empty line. So I think it would be pretty useful to print the message in log saying that no files to download were found by the extractor. I guess it can apply not only for Twitter, but other sites as well.

I also had the same issue, I was using a trck to detect those cases
I search in logs for consecutive urls ( no downloaded files between 2 targets )

| pcre2grep -M -o1 '(https://.+)$\nhttps://' solved for me, but a proper marker in log would be awesome
