The idea is to create an option for Caps Lock button not to cycle through two layouts, but to switch keyboard to the specific layout based on the numbers of key presses.

Example
If I press CL button once, it always switches keyboard to the English layout. 
If I press CL button twice, it always switches keyboard to the Russian layout. 
If I press CL button three times, it always switches keyboard to the Turkish layout. 

If desired layout is already selected, the app does nothing.

This would help to avoid the need for buggy light indication and form a muscle memory pattern, so we should have less errors while typing.

I think, three layouts is a maximum option for this method, but we could test more.
