Status of WSLg?

I'm wondering if there's a current roadmap for WSLg development? I can't help but notice the project seems a bit lacking in resources and news lately:

• There was no update at Build 2023 nor any update to go along with the release of Win11 Moment 4
• There has been no, non-preview, release in over 6 months
• The Weston mirror is literally years behind upstream
• The number of tracked bugs is climbing rapidly with little to no input from maintainers; just a bunch of randos talking to themselves mostly
• There is an unclear roadmap around more recent OpenGL versions and Vulkan support (what's missing, newer distro kernels maybe?)
• Are any changes planned to coincide with updates to the distros themselves? Like next year's Ubuntu 24.04 LTS update and similar?

Hoping the WSLg team, and I really hope it's a team, can shed some light on what's been happening. Shoot, maybe even knowing it's really just 1 person would go a long way and would explain a lot on its own.
