AFAIK, BetterDiscord's maintainers do not want to implement it anytime soon.

Komac successfully inspect the package as a Nullsoft packaged wizard. It seems the EULA page can't be suppressed by silent switches.

It's worth noting that the betterdiscord github org now has a repo containing a command line oriented installer. I haven't tested it so I can't speak to how ready it is for production use but this is the path recommended by the BD maintainer as indicated here:

Sorry we don't wish to make this into a windows installer at this time. We'd rather have package managers use our CLI once it releases to the public. CLI installs with electron don't make much sense imo
