* Lint

* Fix unit tests

* Remove discovery experiments

* Oops

* Update settings.json

* News entry

* Disable windows store watcher tests

* Disable global watchers

* Remove Interpereter version service

* Conda service is no longer legacy IOC

* Move conda service to correct module
