We will not support 2 accounts, but we can, and should, detect that there are 2 accounts and warn the user.

I've been trying so hard to verify this one but I can't get a GitHub Enterprise instance up and running :( I've got some GitHub folks like @aprilla helping me out.

Maybe @McLovin77 could help out here since they are the ones who originally saw the issue.

This could also be verified by code review if no one has an Enterprise instance to use.

I know the issue is closed, but I am signed in to both github enterprise and github.com and both accounts work fine with the plugin. I didn't have any problems reviewing or creating issues or PRs so far.
