创建maven项目时报错,

我想通过vscode创建一个maven项目, 所有前置工作已经做好, 但是最终发生了错误;
错误信息如下:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
经过多方搜索并没有看到同样的问题, 起初我以为是maven版本太高导致的兼容性问题, 所以我下载了低版本的maven并重新设置环境变量等, 再次操作时仍然是同样的错误.

Expected behavior
我期望能够正常构建出一个maven项目
