Developed an extension and now I can't access VS code marketplace when logged in.

Hi guys, I recently published my first extension for VS Code, but within 48hrs it got removed, my account continuously shows:

429 - Woah, that's a lot of requests
You might be blocked due to the number of requests exceeding our rate threshold. Please try again later.

I'm unsure how to resolve it. If someone has any prior experience I'd be glad for the support.

Note: I have not received any email regarding the removal of the extension or account restriction etc.

If you are having issues with the VS Marketplace, you could either contact vsmarketplace@microsoft.com or open and issue in the VS Marketplace repo https://github.com/microsoft/vsmarketplace/issues where the Marketplace team would could a look.

I did a quick look on the issue but didn't find any previous report about it.
