[New Extension] Smart Duplicate File

The extension is meant to help when you need to create a new file that is similar to another existing file you already have (new controller, domain model scaffolding, etc.). Based on the original filename, it will try to intelligently replace its occurrences inside the new one, and open a diff with the original.

For example, duplicating FirstControllerto SecondController will replace not just the class name, but also all occurrences of First to Second. I did my best to make it handle as much as possible. The full features are documented in the readme.
