Azure Cloud Shell device login reports itself as Visual Studio Code #2219

Environment

Windows: 10.0.18362.267
Windows Terminal version: 0.3.2142.0

Steps to reproduce

Open cloud shell window
Perform device login

Expected behavior

Login text should name application as Microsoft Terminal.

Actual behavior

Login text which talks about logging into Visual Studio Code

This is a known issue! Will be fixed once the terminal has its own app ID that has been whitelisted by the Azure team

This is not a code change, but the pipeline has been updated to inject the WT application ID.
