Windows Terminal version (or Windows build number)

1.9.1445.0

Other Software

No response

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to settings in Windows Terminal
  2. Set Favourite terminal app to Windows Terminal (Preview)
  3. Try to open cmd or Powershell via double click
  4. The default profile gets loaded, even if the terminal is different. Also the tab name is the path of the terminal executable

Expected Behavior

If I open Powershell I should get the powershell profile, not the default one

Actual Behavior

If I open Powershell the default profile gets loaded, resulting in settings mismatch for the wanted terminal app. Also the tab name is the path of the terminal executable
