Description
Adds a Theme runtimeclass and ability to provide custom colors.
Adds a Theme property to CompositionRootView to provide native colors for that root view.
Fixes Appearance module to provide theming information without Xaml.
Adds values to built-in theme for dark and high contrast themes.
