'Smiley Buttons' Python: The tutorial-title step number in content didn't match with the actual step number

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta.
2.Tutorial->Smiley Buttons->Python Start Tutorial.
3.Compare the step number in the content title and actual step number.

Actual behavior:
The step number in content title didn't match with the actual number.

Expected behavior:
Remove the step number in content title like other tutorials.

Hi @abchatra , verified this bug, this bug still reproduced in the step 6 in Coin Flipper, so reopen this bug.

I have verified this bug in the latest build: 7.0.15 and it has been fixed.
