Task logger seem to stop before the task is completed

The log files of some tasks are incomplete. the traces are no longer be redirected after some time.
It is highly likely that the task logger stops before the task completes

In the example I observed it looked like the task logger stopped shortly after the task began. The job runtime was for 1 hour:

[2023-03-07 22:45:50.069544900 UTC] INFO: agent ready, dispatching task
...
[2023-03-07 22:46:54.633380100 UTC] (last log message from task logger in log file - custom message from fuzzer)
...
2023-03-07T23:46:56.004Z -- last log message in Application Insights (end of task) recorded by fuzzer directly
