How to obtain the event of completed rendering?

I encountered a problem. After loading all the text required by monaco in sequence, I updated the lexical Settings and set the custom highlighted content. Occasionally, the lexical highlighting Settings had no effect. I guessed it was because the lifecycle was not well controlled. So I need an event for the end of rendering to control when I start to update lexical highlighting.
