Describe the bug
While using touch device, the non-editable Combo Box items are moving continuously in a cyclic manner.
Is there any option to stop this cyclic scrolling behavior of non-editable ComboBox while using in touch devices?
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Open Visual Studio.
- Create a WinUI 3 project using the project template Blank App, Packaged (WinUI 3 in Desktop)
- Add the following ComboBox code in MainWindow.xaml file.

<x:String>item 3</x:String>
<x:String>item 4</x:String>
<x:String>item 5</x:String>
<x:String>item 6</x:String>
<x:String>item 7</x:String>

<x:String>item 9</x:String>
<x:String>item 10</x:String>
<x:String>item 11</x:String>
<x:String>item 12</x:String>
<x:String>item 13</x:String>
<x:String>item 14</x:String>
<x:String>item 15</x:String>
</ComboBox>
- Build the project.
- Run the application in a device that having touch support.
- Touch to open the ComboBox drop-down.
- Scroll the items using finger on drop-down.
Expected behavior
Scrolling should be stopped when reaching the last item.
