Page, Grid, and Column currently use a pub/sub version of breakpoint tracker in the fast-layouts-react package which only supports six viewports. Additionally, there is no way to change the viewport values within the package.

We should aim to make this change transparent and provide a significant upgrade in terms of extensibility (For instance, It would be great to support any number of breakpoint values)
