Repo Tool needs to distinguish names of Enterprise and Non-Enterprise accounts.#2165

Because the RepoTool uses .LogInID of a user the account selector can show duplicate names if the same name is used for an Enterprise account and a Non-Enterprise account.

.URL should be used instead of .LoginId.
