Describe the bug

Give a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When user minimizes chatbot while waiting for an answer and if the response is received, the new message isn't read out loud by the screen reader.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
