Regression: ADS Presents Error Instead of Prompting for kinit

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to connect to a SQL Server instance
2. Notice that an error is displayed in a popup message box instead of a message indicating the kinit process will be initiated
3. Running kinit in terminal fixes the issue, however that process is no longer initiated for you and is confusing for some users
