Disabling OS Animation Effects disables WinUI 2 Gallery's animation effects

It might be reasonable to have it not observe the OS accessibility setting here, as it is a gallery for the purpose of demonstrating those effects.

Or perhaps add a toggle at the top to 'ignore OS accessibility setting'.

Thank you @JPalmerDev for the suggestion. I don't know if this accessibility setting can be disabled in an app. Either way, I think that it would be best to honor the OS accessibility setting. The toggle could be an interesting option in the app's settings.
