I have a rules setting, but even if I put the ReSettings to false explicitly, its not comparing case insensite against the rule expression. I am nuget version 5.0.6 and
var reSettings = new ReSettings

CustomTypes = new Type[] { typeof(Utils) }
};
reSettings.IsExpressionCaseSensitive = false;
What do I do here.
