📝 Description and expected behavior:

Add PowerToys setting similar to "File Explorer" to Add/Remove/Toggle items from the Windows context menu.

Scenario to be used:

Simplifying user tasks and UI.
An alternative for people who don't want to modify keyboard shortcuts.
