Steps to reproduce

Having set up a few shortcuts to write code snippets, the shortcuts seem to stop working without any apparent reason whilst working in DataGrip or SQL Server Management Studio

✔️ Expected Behavior

The shortcuts insert the defined text at any point

❌ Actual Behavior

after some time of working shortcuts, they simply stop working until I restart Power Toys

Alt + Ctrl + m works every time starting firefox
Alt + Ctrl+ x worked twice, never again, starting unreal commander
It used to be easy to set up shortcut keys
