PowerToys Settings window is empty

Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.836]
PowerToys version: 0.18

Steps to reproduce

• Right click on the tray icon
• Select Settings

Expected behavior

Settings windows appears and allows me to make changes

Actual behavior

The windows appears, it briefly shows all the settings (as expected) but then the window becomes empty, see screen shot.

I'm wondering if maybe some setting is causing a crash here. Can you see if the event viewer is having anything added?

Also maybe email / including us the setting for PT zipped (C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys)

Same issue. After setting PT to run as admin I could see the settings.

Just tried again with 0.18.1. Same issue. No events in the eventlogs, except for one a minute or so after starting the application (so, not when using settings), but I don't know if this is a default message.
